About the Opportunity

Renexus Resource Group is strengthening its global business development unit and is looking for a detail-oriented, research-focused Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

This position is ideal for individuals who want to begin or advance their career in international B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential prospects that support our worldwide sales operations. With structured onboarding and hands-on guidance, this role provides a strong foundation for long-term growth in international markets.

Core Responsibilities

As an essential part of our business development process, you will help secure a steady flow of high-quality leads to support the global sales team.

• Market Exploration: Research industries and potential business clients across international territories.
• Targeted Outreach: Initiate communication through outbound calls, tailored email sequences, and LinkedIn interactions with key decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects using defined criteria to determine suitability for the sales pipeline.
• CRM Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough data entry, communication tracking, and activity logging.
• Team Coordination: Share insights, lead notes, and market observations with senior business development executives.
