Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Design Sales Domain)

Salary Range: 30,000 – 80,000 PKR (based on experience)

About the Role:
Catchworld International is hiring Lead Generation Executives for our Design Sales domain. We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented individuals who can engage international clients and generate qualified leads.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Call Center, BPO, or Cold Calling
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
• Prior experience in international sales is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects
• Generate qualified leads for the Design Sales team
• Maintain strong client interactions and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets
• Update CRM with accurate client information
