Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive for our Insurance Campaign. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, outbound calling, and identifying potential customers. The role involves generating quality leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for insurance services
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Introduce and explain insurance products and services professionally
• Identify customer needs and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, or messages
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or cold calling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with international clients, especially UK/US customers
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Preferred Skills

• Experience in insurance campaigns or call center industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
