Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Lead Generation Executive to support our outbound business development activities.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, client communication, or business development. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, conduct outreach activities, and support international business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online platforms, and market research
  • Identify potential international clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain prospect databases and lead pipelines
  • Communicate professionally with prospects through email and outreach channels
  • Support outbound business development and lead generation activities
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and prospect engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communications
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in evening shift timings
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with 0–1 year relevant experience will be preferred
