Lead Generation Executive - IT Services

We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Expert who can generate qualified inbound leads through SEO and Google Ads campaigns for our IT services including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Shopify, and Custom Software Development.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and a strong understanding of ROI-focused digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for service-based keywords
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize landing pages for better rankings and conversions
• Perform on-page and technical SEO
• Coordinate with developers for technical implementations
• Build quality backlinks
• Monitor performance through Google Analytics & Search Console
• Track keyword rankings and generate monthly reports

Google Ads

• Plan, create, and manage Google Search campaigns for lead generation
• Optimize bidding strategies to maximize conversions
• Manage keyword match types and negative keywords
• Improve Quality Score and reduce cost per lead
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp)
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Provide performance analysis and ROI reports

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search campaigns mandatory)
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation
• Experience in IT / Software / Web / App development niche preferred
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
