Job Title: Junior / Intern Lead Generation Executive (EU & US Market)

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal
Timings: 9 hours/day
Shift: Afternoon/Evening

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads from the EU and US markets
• Assist in outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, Discord, Twitch, Facebook, and Instagram
• Maintain, update, and organize lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
• Support lead qualification based on predefined criteria
• Coordinate with senior team members for lead nurturing and handoff
• Learn and follow lead generation best practices and sales funnel processes

Requirements

• Fresh graduates, final-year students, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support
• Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with outreach tools and social platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
