We Are Hiring – MCA Agent (Merchant Cash Advance)

Catchworld International is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our MCA Department. We provide loans to U.S. business owners and are seeking candidates who can effectively communicate, engage clients, and generate interest.

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Position: Entry Level
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 PKR
Experience: BPO or call center experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential U.S. clients and create interest.
• Qualify leads and perform live transfers to the sales team.
• Maintain professional communication and follow guidelines.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance targets.
