Job Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through online research and outreach
• Identify potential clients in international markets
• Use LinkedIn, email, and other platforms for lead generation
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data
• Support Sales/BD team with verified prospects
• Follow up on leads to improve conversion chances
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales / BDE role
• Strong communication and research skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
• Ability to work independently in night shift
• Target-oriented and disciplined personality
• SaaS / IT / Travel industry experience is a plus
