Who Can Apply

• Female candidates only
• Must own a personal laptop and have a stable high-speed internet connection
• Comfortable with night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
• Available for at least 3 months
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and generate potential client leads through web tools and online platforms
• Assist in managing and executing email outreach campaigns
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the business development team
• Maintain accurate lead data and daily activities in Google Sheets
• Provide daily progress updates and support the team in meeting outreach goals
• Stay informed about industry trends and lead generation best practices

Skills Required

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Basic understanding of email outreach tools
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
