Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to support our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads through online platforms and freelancing marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, and online research
• Identify potential clients on Upwork and Fiverr
• Send proposals and initiate communication with prospects
• Maintain and update a database of qualified leads
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for follow-ups
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad
• Experience working on Upwork and/or Fiverr (required)
• Basic understanding of bidding, proposal writing, and client communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
