Position Overview
CJ Restoration is a Colorado-based general contractor specializing in storm, hail, and wind damage restoration. We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Coordinator to drive top-of-funnel activity through outbound, digital, and community-based campaigns.
This position will own the systems, data, and campaigns that feed our sales team qualified opportunities — from storm tracking and property lists to canvassing coordination, digital ads, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is part marketer, part analyst, and part operations manager who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Storm Event & Territory Targeting
- Track storm activity using tools such as HailTrace.
- Generate storm polygon maps and property hit lists within affected ZIP codes.
- Work with leadership to prioritize target neighborhoods and commercial zones.
- Prepare canvassing routes and call lists for sales representatives.
Outbound Lead Generation
- Manage outbound campaigns including door-to-door canvassing, outbound calls, mailers, and local sponsorships.
- Build segmented property lists using CoStar, county assessor data, and CRM filters.
- Coordinate with telemarketing partners or in-house callers to ensure compliance with DNC and Colorado No-Call laws.
- Track results from outreach campaigns (leads generated, appointments set, conversions).
Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Manage website content updates, Google Business profile, and local SEO (keywords, photos, posts).
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive inbound leads.
- Collect and post customer reviews across Google, BBB, and Yelp to strengthen reputation.
- Track digital performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, ROI by channel).
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate lead and property records in JobNimbus (or equivalent CRM).
- Tag properties by storm event, source, and campaign for reporting.
- Build and monitor dashboards showing lead volume, conversion rates, and sales funnel health.
- Integrate telephony, email, and form submissions into CRM automations.
Marketing Materials & Branding
- Coordinate creation of print materials (yard signs, flyers, brochures, door hangers).
- Ensure consistent brand use across trucks, apparel, signage, and digital assets.
- Manage vendor relationships for printing, apparel, and advertising placements.
- Support event participation (local expos, HOA meetings, sponsorships).
Reporting & Optimization
- Produce weekly lead-to-sale conversion and ROI reports for leadership.
- Continuously test and refine lead sources and campaign messaging.
- Recommend improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and higher-quality leads.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing, sales operations, or lead generation experience (construction, roofing, or restoration preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems (JobNimbus, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar), and Excel/Sheets.
- Familiar with digital ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements for outbound calling and marketing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience using HailTrace, CoStar, or similar property intelligence tools.
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, canvassing, telemarketing).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accountability.
