Lead Generation Officer – RSP & Publication Services

About the Role

At Hadron Technologies, we empower researchers, professionals, and institutions worldwide with end-to-end support in content development, visibility, and publication strategy. We are not a BPO—we specialize in high-value, knowledge-based services that require precision, domain awareness, and ethical engagement.We’re now seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Officer to identify and qualify potential clients for our Research Support Programs (RSP) and Publication Services across the U.S., U.K., Middle East, and Europe.This role blends research, outreach, and strategic prospecting—with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate targeted leads from academic, professional, and institutional sectors
  • Conduct in-depth market and audience research to uncover high-potential prospects
  • Extract and verify contact data from credible online sources (university directories, professional networks, institutional websites, etc.)
  • Build and maintain clean, organized lead databases with accurate segmentation
  • Support the sales team with well-researched, qualified leads and contextual insights
  • Assist in crafting personalized outreach strategies based on client profiles
  • Track and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness

Note: This is a research-first role—not cold calling or mass emailing. We prioritize relevance, accuracy, and ethical sourcing.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, market research, or business development
  • Proven ability to find and verify professional contacts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar
  • Strong understanding of professional service industries (publishing, education, research, consulting, or SaaS is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working independently in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Fluent English communication (written)—essential for researching international markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is preferred

Prior BPO experience is not required—and will not be considered relevant for this role.
