Lead Generation / Sales Agent

Location: Federal B. Area Karachi • Full-Time • Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with warm leads.
• Keep your sales pipeline updated with consistent follow-ups.
• Identify new lead sources across LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned with service updates.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

What We Expect From You

• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Confidence dealing with international clients (especially US).
• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (training provided).
• Persistent, target-driven, and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working the 7 PM – 4 AM night shift.

Role Summary

As a Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—responsible for initiating conversations, understanding their challenges, guiding them toward the right service package and convert them.
