Lead Generation & Sales Closer - Digital Marketing Agency (Remote)

Ringo Media is seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Sales Closer specialist to generate new business opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, engage with potential clients, and close digital marketing service agreements.

This role requires a strong sales professional with experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales closing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, handling objections, and converting prospects into clients.

Previous experience selling digital marketing services for a marketing agency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and uncover business needs
  • Present digital marketing solutions including SEO, Google Ads, Website Design, Social Media Marketing, Local SEO, AI Automation, and Lead Generation services
  • Handle sales objections and negotiate effectively
  • Close new client agreements independently when appropriate
  • Participate in discovery calls alongside senior team members for larger opportunities
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
  • Meet monthly sales, revenue, and activity targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Previous experience working for a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Proven experience closing sales and generating revenue
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable conducting phone calls, Google Meet meetings, and sales presentations
  • Experience using CRM systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
  • Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Seamless.ai, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing pipelines, lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales activities within a CRM
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
