Location: Federal B. Area, Block 10 • Full-Time • Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)

Digifinix is a performance-driven digital agency providing Local SEO, Google Ads management, and Website Design solutions. We are looking to hire a Lead Generation & Sales Executive who can identify high-potential leads and convert them through organic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Source leads through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, and multiple online communities.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and direct inbox communication.
  • Qualify potential leads and convert engaged prospects into paying clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects for long-term business growth.
  • Work closely with the internal team to understand service offerings and pitch them effectively.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and actively contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in speaking and pitching to international clients.
  • Basic awareness of digital marketing services—training will be provided.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven personality.
  • Comfortable working 7 PM – 4 AM (Night Shift) to cater to the US market.
