Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
- Approach, engage, and convert clients interested in IT staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
- Promote Sprouto Group’s technical staffing, development, and digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date lead and client information using CRM or tracking tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent Sprouto Group professionally across all communication platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing, offshore hiring, or IT resource models.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation.
- Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission on successful deals and recurring accounts.
