Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Approach, engage, and convert clients interested in IT staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
  • Promote Sprouto Group’s technical staffing, development, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to understand client requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date lead and client information using CRM or tracking tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Represent Sprouto Group professionally across all communication platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing, offshore hiring, or IT resource models.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation.
  • Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary + Commission on successful deals and recurring accounts.
