Are you a digital growth champion who knows how to create demand, generate quality leads, and run high-performing social media campaigns?

We are looking for a Digital Lead Generation & Social Media Expert to manage performance-driven digital activities for our group companies. Experience in real estate will be a strong added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn & other digital channels
• Optimize campaigns for higher ROI and quality inbound leads
• Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brand accounts
• Create content ideas, reels, ad concepts, and engagement strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing, sales & creative teams for campaign execution
• Track, analyse & report campaign performance with actionable insights
• Research industry trends and implement best practices
• Build automation funnels, retargeting workflows & digital lead nurturing pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing
• Strong command over paid ads (Meta/Google), analytics & lead funnels
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate content for social media
• Deep understanding of keyword research, audience targeting & campaign optimisation
• Experience in real estate marketing is a major plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication & coordination skills

Added Advantage

• Experience generating leads for Dubai real estate
• Understanding of off-plan campaigns, pre-launch funnels & GCC audience targeting
