About the Role:
We are a growing IT services and solutions provider, serving clients across the globe with a focus on software development, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and managed IT services. We are seeking a driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound channels such as Freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and lead databases.
Lead Nurturing:
Build and manage a pipeline of leads by initiating conversations and following up regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Market Research:
Research target industries, markets, and decision-makers to support targeted outreach strategies.
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the team to execute and improve lead generation campaigns, including webinars, newsletters, and content marketing.
KPI Tracking:
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and qualified leads generated.
Should have good knowledge of lead generation platforms such as Well Found, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork lead generation, etc.
