We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the IT services industry, specifically focused on website and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various digital channels, contributing to the growth of our client base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads for custom website and mobile app development services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries and geographies.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others to source and engage with prospects.
- Create and run outbound campaigns using email marketing, social media, cold outreach, and other digital tools.
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project requirements before passing to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data and status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the web and app development space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation for IT services, specifically in website and mobile app development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to analyze and interpret lead data and KPIs.
