Position: Cold Email & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Onsite — B-1004, 2nd Floor, Gondal Arcade, 4th Road Commercial Market, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Type: Full-time




🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Cold Email & Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales Team.

You will be responsible for building high-quality lead lists, running cold email campaigns, managing inboxes, and booking appointments for our agency services.

This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive — comfortable working with international markets (US, UK, UAE) and performance-driven goals.



🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Research and build 30–40 qualified leads per day using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
  • Write and send 60–80 personalized cold emails daily using optimized templates.
  • Manage and maintain email deliverability systems (SPF, DKIM, domain warmup, inbox rotation) .
  • Track campaign results: open rate, reply rate, bounce rate, booking rate , etc.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline and reporting system in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team for handover of warm leads and booked meetings.
  • Continuously improve templates, targeting, and messaging based on analytics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new outreach segments or decision-maker types .



🔹 Requirements
  • 1+ year of proven experience in Cold Email Outreach / B2B Lead Generation (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, NeverBounce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
  • Strong understanding of email warmup, deliverability, and personalization principles .
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, tone, clarity).
  • Strong analytical mindset — can interpret data and optimize outreach performance.
  • Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple inboxes or campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
  • Bonus: Understanding of marketing services (ads, SEO, branding, web development).



🔹 Work Details
  • Job Timings:

Morning Shift → 9 AM to 6 PM PKT

Break: 1 Hour

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Probation: 4 Months
  • Internship Pathway: 1-month training → followed by 4-month paid/unpaid internship (based on evaluation)



🎯 Performance KPIs:
  • 30–40 qualified leads/day
  • 60–80 personalized emails/day
  • 10–15% positive reply rate
  • 1–3 booked calls per day average



📈 Career Progression:

Cold Email & Lead Gen → SDR → Account Executive / Closer → Sales Team Lead
