Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to maximize website impressions and organic reach.
- Design organic campaigns on various social media platforms to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing traffic, inquiries, and lead generation.
- Utilize a variety of social media marketing tools (questionnaires, surveys, live chats, content posts, blogs, forum postings) to generate both cold and hot leads organically.
- Craft compelling, visually appealing, and user-friendly content that aligns with specific social media algorithms and effectively engages the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify and convert leads into paying clients.
- Manage active and inactive lead pools, maintaining accurate data for effective nurturing and follow-up.
- Conduct regular prospect follow-up and implement retargeting strategies to increase lead flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM system.
- Strive to meet and exceed lead-to-conversion ratio targets, fostering self and team improvement.
- Address inquiries and concerns from potential clients to build interest in Maltar's forex broking services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organic lead generation using social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills (non-voice).
- Experience with social media management tools and content creation platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
