Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to energize our sales pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills and sales expertise to identify and qualify potential clients, primarily through outbound calling and warm calling techniques. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and supporting our mission of delivering top-tier solar solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling strategies to generate interest in solar energy solutions
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget, and timeline to ensure alignment with our services
  • Engage in effective negotiation to schedule appointments and advance sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and follow-up clarity
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns that maximize lead generation efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support business development initiatives through consistent follow-up and relationship building with potential clients

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical sales
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and customer interactions
  • Knowledge of sales processes including outbound calling, warm calling, and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development is a plus but not required
