Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven background in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role focuses on generating 10–20 qualified, sales-ready leads per month for US-based medical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cold email campaigns targeting US medical practices
• Manage email automation, follow-ups, and inbox deliverability
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to healthcare decision-makers
• Build, clean, and verify targeted lead lists (practice owners, administrators, billing managers)
• Qualify leads based on billing challenges and readiness to switch providers
• Deliver confirmed, sales-ready leads to the sales team

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven lead generation experience specifically for medical billing or RCM services
• Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, denials, and accounts receivable (AR)
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong knowledge of cold email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email warming)

Job Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM (Mon to Friday - Gulberg Lahore)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
