* Identify and approach potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other freelance or business networks.

* Create and manage effective proposals, messages, and pitches to attract and retain clients.

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

* Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring high-quality client engagement and follow-ups.

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, project coordination) to align strategies for client acquisition.

* Track and report performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales in digital marketing, IT.

* Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook outreach, and similar lead generation tools.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

* Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or web development services will be a plus.
