Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools to generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. The role requires strong prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify and engage decision-makers via cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Build, manage, and nurture leads using CRM systems
- Update lead status, activities, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Execute email sequences and follow-ups to book meetings and demos
- Convert leads into sales opportunities in coordination with the sales team
- Track lead performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progress through CRM reports
- Maintain clean and updated lead databases
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Practical knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach tools
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and follow-up tasks within a CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
