Role Objective

To generate qualified business enquiries and meetings for a transport company by contacting potential customers and identifying their transport requirements.

No sales closing. No rate negotiation. You generate interest and meetings — that’s it. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Outreach (Core Task)

• Contact potential business customers via:
• Phone
• WhatsApp Business
• Email
• Introduce company transport services:
• Port to warehouse transport
• Dedicated trucks
• Monthly transport solutions

2 Qualification & Enquiry Creation

• Ask basic qualification questions:
• Do they use transport regularly?
• Frequency (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Locations served
• Truck type required
• Record accurate enquiry details

3️ Meeting Scheduling

• Book:
• Physical meetings
• Online calls
• Site visits (for management)
• Coordinate availability with management

4️ Lead Tracking

• Update lead status in Excel / Google Sheets:
• Contacted
• Interested
• Meeting booked
• Enquiry received
• Simple reporting only

Flexible Work Structure

• 2–4 hours per day (preferred)
• Work during business hours (flexible)
• No fixed login/logout
• Performance-based continuation

Pay Structure

Option A: Pure Performance

• AED 75–100 per qualified meeting
• AED 150–250 per converted enquiry
• Monthly bonus for consistency

No cap on incentives.
