Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B lead generation, especially through LinkedIn and online research tools.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Identify and target decision-makers and potential clients.
• Conduct data mining and market research to build accurate lead lists.
• Manage and update CRM and lead databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads.
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation or Data Mining.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
