Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify, research, and qualify potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable finding new prospects through online research, databases, social media, email outreach, and other lead generation methods.

In this role, you will be responsible for building targeted lead lists, researching companies and contacts, verifying contact information, and helping create opportunities . You should be able to understand our target audience, identify qualified prospects, and maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status.

The ideal candidate has experience with lead research, prospecting, CRM tools, email outreach, LinkedIn, data entry, and basic sales support. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important for success in this position.

Responsibilities include researching and identifying potential leads, collecting and organizing contact information, qualifying prospects based on company criteria, maintaining lead databases, assisting with outreach campaigns, tracking responses, updating CRM records, and reporting on lead generation progress.

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, reliable, and results-driven. Applicants should be comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, CRM platforms, email tools, and lead research databases.

Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, business development, digital marketing, or lead generation is preferred.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
