Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Development Executive (SDR) for urgent hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B lead generation, data mining, prospecting, and appointment setting to support our sales pipeline and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Bark.com, online directories, and other digital sources
- Perform data scraping, market research, and lead extraction to build targeted prospect lists
- Manage and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms to engage potential clients
- Perform appointment setting, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, data mining, SDR, or sales support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data management & reporting)
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and appointment setting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
