As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through strategic outreach and prospecting.
This is a performance-driven role. We are looking for professionals with proven lead generation experience, not individuals who have only performed basic data collection or CRM data entry.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and cold email outreach.
- Experience using CRM platforms and lead management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
Core ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Prospecting
- Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Build highly targeted prospect lists based on predefined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Validate prospect information and maintain lead accuracy.
LinkedIn Lead Generation
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage prospects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and prospecting tools to identify opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.
Email Marketing & Cold Outreach
- Create and execute targeted cold email campaigns.
- Personalize outreach messages to improve engagement and response rates.
- Manage email sequences and follow-up campaigns.
- Monitor open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on company requirements and business objectives.
- Schedule discovery meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.
- Generate weekly and monthly lead generation reports.
- Track KPIs including lead volume, response rates, meeting bookings, and conversions.
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels.
- Data research and market intelligence gathering.
- CRM management and pipeline tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Assessment of lead generation methodologies, tools, prospecting strategies, and campaign experience.
Stage 5: Final Management Interview

Stage 6: Reference Verification
Professional references and previous employment history may be verified.
