Arslan SEO Insights is a US-focused SEO agency serving personal injury lawyers, medspa owners, and local service businesses. We help clients rank, get leads, and grow, and we need someone sharp to help us bring in new clients.

The Role

You will be the first voice prospects hear. Your job is to call, engage in real conversations, handle objections, and book discovery calls directly onto our calendar. No robotic scripts. No spam blasting. Real conversations that convert.

What You'll Do

• Cold call US-based business owners daily
• Engage in genuine back-and-forth conversations, not just pitch and hang up
• Handle objections confidently and keep the conversation moving
• Book qualified discovery calls on our Calendly
• Follow up via email or LinkedIn DM after calls
• Log every touchpoint in CRM/Google Sheets

Requirements

• Fluent English with a clear, confident phone presence
• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience, must be demonstrated, not just claimed
• Proven ability to hold real conversations and guide prospects to a booked call
• Comfortable working US business hours (EST or PST)
• Familiar with Calendly and Google Sheets
• Digital marketing or SEO knowledge is a strong plus

Compensation Structure

Base Salary PKR 40,000–60,000/month + Commission Paid on every sale that closes from your booked calls. Strong performers are rewarded with significant salary increases based on results
