We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation and Data Scraping Specialist who can build bulk, verified prospect lists at scale. This is a results-driven role. Accuracy, volume, and deliverability are what we measure. If you have a track record of delivering clean, high-quality lists consistently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Scrape and compile bulk lead lists from platforms including Apollo, Listkit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, and industry-specific directories
- Verify contact data using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Hunter.io to maintain high deliverability standards
- Build targeted prospect lists based on defined criteria including job title, company size, industry, geography, and revenue
- Deduplicate and clean all data before delivery, producing structured CSV outputs ready for CRM or cold email import
- Research and identify new lead sources across multiple industries and US-based verticals as campaigns scale
- Maintain suppression lists and enforce list hygiene standards across all campaigns
- Deliver consistent weekly volume with clear progress reports and quality metrics
- Requirements
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience in lead generation and data scraping
- Proven proficiency with Apollo, Listkit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or equivalent tools
- Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for data structuring and cleaning
- Solid understanding of email verification, bounce rates, and deliverability principles
- Ability to deliver clean, standardized CSV files meeting custom column specifications
- Demonstrated capacity to generate verified lists at scale, 5000 or more per day
- Experience with scraping tools such as PhantomBuster, Apify, or Python-based scrapers is a strong plus
- Clear written communication and ability to report progress on a weekly basis
