Lead Generation Specialist (Meta Ads)

Days : Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am
Location : PECHS, Karachi (ON-SITE)
Experience : 02 to 04 years

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST t to join our team and lead our online lead generation efforts across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads through Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels, with a clear understanding of how to create, optimize, and scale campaigns that deliver real business results.

This role is focused on qualified lead generation, not just traffic or engagement. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate consistent leads for the company. The ideal applicant should be confident in managing full-funnel campaigns, from audience research and ad creation to landing page optimization, conversion tracking, retargeting, and cost-per-lead improvement.

The candidate should be creative, analytical, proactive, and highly experienced in using paid media as a direct business growth tool.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of Proven experience in digital lead generation and performance marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking
• Ability to generate and scale qualified leads across multiple digital platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance
• Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations
• Strong understanding of cost-per-lead optimization and lead quality management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively
• Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making
• Prior experience with lead-generation-focused businesses will be a plus
