Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing advertising campaigns, and driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion optimization, lead generation funnels, and international market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Generate qualified leads for international clients and campaigns
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
• Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion

Requirements

• Proven experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
• Experience targeting international markets
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
