Lead Generation Specialist (Performance-Based / Commission Model)

Unimind Studios is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Web Design, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing services for international clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join us onsite.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services
• Identify and target potential international clients (USA, UK, Canada preferred)
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other platforms
• Pre-qualify prospects before scheduling meetings
• Maintain lead records and daily reporting
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to meet weekly and monthly lead targets
• Basic understanding of SEO, Web Design, and Digital Marketing
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission (Performance-Based)
• OR
• Commission per Qualified Lead (Discussed in Interview)
