WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Find and collect:
• Landlord contact info
• Realtors and investors
• 4+ bedroom properties
• Build simple lead lists (name, phone, email, property)
• Identify strong opportunities for co-living

WHERE YOU’LL FIND LEADS

• Zillow, Redfin
• Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace
• Google searches
• Public records

WHAT MAKES A GOOD LEAD

• Property owner or decision maker
• Valid contact info
• Property fits shared housing model (4+ bedrooms preferred)
