Lead Generation Specialist – U.S. Market (High-Net-Worth Targeting)
We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support a high-level U.S. targeting project involving advanced demographic and property-based segmentation. This is a strategic role suited for professionals who have previously managed complex B2B and B2C data acquisition campaigns within the United States market.
Target Criteria
- United States – California, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, Ohio
- Age 50+
- $1M+ income bracket (modeled or verified approach)
- Engineers, business professionals, and production sector leaders
- Verified property ownership ($3M+ valuation)
- Complete residential address data
This project requires strong strategic thinking, compliance awareness, and technical execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess feasibility of requested segmentation and targeting
- Design structured lead acquisition strategies and workflows
- Guide internal lead generation team and researchers
- Build multi-source validation and enrichment processes
- Recommend tools, APIs, and licensed data partners when required
- Define pricing logic, volume modeling, and pilot plans
- Coordinate directly with the Team Lead and strategy head
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced U.S. lead generation and prospecting
- High-net-worth and affluent audience targeting
- B2B & B2C hybrid data acquisition
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment tools, and public records research
- CRM-ready data structuring and validation workflows
- Knowledge of compliance standards including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA
- Strong understanding of ethical and compliant data practices
