Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Lead Generation & Video Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This position combines digital marketing expertise with strong content creation skills. Alongside managing paid advertising campaigns, you will be responsible for producing engaging visuals and videos, maintaining marketing platforms, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads. A solid understanding of our products and audience will be essential to drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and additional digital platforms.
• Create and distribute original content, including graphics, posts, and short-form videos, to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage CRM tools to accurately capture, track, and nurture leads.
• Design and execute lead generation initiatives that convert prospects into potential customers.
• Evaluate campaign results, generate performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing and lead generation (internships or freelance projects not considered).
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Skilled in content design and video editing using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Ability to understand products and market segments to attract high-quality leads.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and creativity.
