Lead Generation/Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the Canadian printer cartridge market. Your primary mission is to identify, hunt, and qualify new B2B opportunities. You will be the face of the company, reaching out to office managers, procurement departments, and business owners to demonstrate how our printing solutions can reduce their overhead without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients across Canada (law firms, medical clinics, schools, and corporate offices).
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the initial sales cycle from first contact to the first order, ensuring a seamless handoff to account management.
  • Value Proposition: Educate prospects on the benefits of our products (e.g., OEM vs. Remanufactured/Compatible options) and our recycling programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales or lead generation (experience in office supplies or managed print services is a huge plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a "hunter" mentality; you aren't discouraged by "no."
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Canadian business landscape and shipping/logistics expectations.
