Lead Generative AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Gen AI-based projects, ensuring rapid prototyping within 5-7 days for client engagements.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for on-premise and cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.
• Design and implement scalable Gen AI solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Cloud Architects, to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Own the technical roadmap for Gen AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Hands-on coding and debugging to accelerate solution development and resolve technical challenges.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business problems, translate requirements into AI solutions, and drive PoCs and production implementations.
• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability of deployed models in both on-premise and cloud setups.
• Stay updated with the latest LLM and Gen AI trends, open-source advancements, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on LLMs, Gen AI, and rapid prototyping.
• Proven experience in deploying LLM models on-premise and in cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, model fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native AI deployments.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI-enhanced search technologies.
• Experience in handling AI governance, security, and ethical AI best practices.
