Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketer to join Keystone Permits LLC. Duties

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and web channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow audience engagement.
  • Coordinate advertising sales initiatives, including print advertising and online ad placements using Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer journeys.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create compelling copywriting for various marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and advertisements.
  • Manage content on WordPress websites using HTML skills to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and design tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and performance marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce; basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Excellent research abilities combined with strong copywriting skills to craft engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • B2B (business-to-business) marketing experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
