Lead Generator / Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Door Knocking & Cold Calling)

We are looking to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Acquisition Specialist to help identify off-market real estate opportunities. This role focuses primarily on door knocking and cold calling property owners to generate leads involving Notice of Default (NOD) and Probate properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Door knocking targeted properties

• Cold calling property owners

• Identifying distressed property situations such as NODs and probate

• Building rapport with homeowners and gathering property information

• Setting appointments or passing qualified leads to our acquisitions team

Requirements:

• Experience with door knocking, cold calling, or real estate lead generation

• Comfortable talking with homeowners about property situations

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Strong communication skills

• Real estate or investor lead experience is a plus
