Job Description: Lead Generator (International Markets)

Department: Sales / Marketing
Experience: 3–4 Years (International Lead Generation)
Location: Onsite

Job Summary

The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing international leads to support the sales team. The role focuses on research, outreach, and pipeline creation for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify international leads through multiple channels
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
  • Track and report lead performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries from international prospects
  • Ensure lead quality and alignment with target customer profiles

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in international lead generation or inside sales
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email tools
  • Understanding of international markets and buyer personas
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
