Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generator with hands-on experience in the medical and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through strategic digital marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns, email marketing, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. This role requires someone who understands healthcare audiences, compliance considerations, and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the medical and healthcare sector.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads and other relevant platforms).
- Create, launch, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns to generate targeted leads.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation.
- Identify and target potential healthcare clients, clinics, hospitals, or medical service providers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve lead quality and volume.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
- Stay updated with industry trends, compliance standards, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- 2.5 to 3 years of proven experience in lead generation within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in Google PPC, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
