Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generator with hands-on experience in the medical and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through strategic digital marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns, email marketing, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. This role requires someone who understands healthcare audiences, compliance considerations, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads and other relevant platforms).
  • Create, launch, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns to generate targeted leads.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation.
  • Identify and target potential healthcare clients, clinics, hospitals, or medical service providers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to improve lead quality and volume.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, compliance standards, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2.5 to 3 years of proven experience in lead generation within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in Google PPC, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
