About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to shape and oversee all creative output — from high-performing social ads to print materials. You’ll guide the design team, set creative direction, and ensure every piece of work reflects our brand quality and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring top-quality and timely output.
• Oversee visuals for social media posts and ads (paid & organic), print designs (catalogs, brochures, stands), and other brand assets.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce data-driven, high-converting creatives .
• Review and approve final deliverables before release. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Designer or Art Director , with proven team management skills.
• Portfolio must include:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Understanding of creative performance principles — hooks, storytelling, and visual testing.
• Fluent in English
• Must work on-site in Istanbul.

• Printable materials (catalogs, brochures, stands)
