Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of corporate marketing goals and the ability to deliver high-level design solutions that align with our brand standards. This role requires someone who can work both collaboratively within a marketing team and independently in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The ideal candidate has a keen design sensibility to shape the overall branding look and feel, takes pride in their work, and approaches feedback with professionalism and openness. Success in this position demands a highly motivated self-starter committed to producing elite-quality designs that reflect our top-performing brands, often under compressed timelines.


Job Goals:

  • Responsible for leading the design and execution of corporate-wide branding within GPRS, SiteMap, and Safety week initiatives. This includes collateral, advertisements, presentations/slide decks, branded campaigns, event design, web/digital layout, logos, vehicle graphics and nearly all mediums in which our messaging and brand can appear
  • Support the Sales team with specific requests for engaging current GPRS clients as well as developing materials and presentations for GPRS customer prospects that engage and increase GPRS’ visibility as the industry leader in Intelligently Visualizing the Built World™
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise of creative and goal-oriented collaboration with other members of the marketing team to construct and implement solutions that achieve elite quality design solutions which are consistent with our top performing brands
  • Contribute to web design by providing secondary support for content creation and layout across web platforms. Utilize knowledge of WordPress and Webflow to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, either corporate or freelance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and MS Teams
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools
  • Experienced working on Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of production skills (print/paper manufacturing is a plus)
  • Must possess a strong visual portfolio that shows extensive work designing logos, layouts, and ads (experience in the construction industry is a plus)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and technologies, and ability to integrate AI solutions into creative workflows, preferred.
  • Skilled in branding a company as well as logo design
  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in rapid pivots throughout the day
  • Ability to display professionalism in a wide variety of situations
  • Collaborates well and expresses ideas in a professional manner
  • Takes constructive feedback well and expects multiple iterations on each project
