Rocli is a learning support center serving neurodivergent learners through structured, personalized education support in a calm, engaging environment.
We’re hiring a Part-Time Lead Guide to provide support through two service types: Learning Blocks and 1:1 Learning Support (Tutoring). This is a flexible role where you can create your own schedule and choose to work in-center, virtually, and/or mobile (at the family’s location).
Our Services (Who You’ll Support)
Learning Blocks (Ages 5–10)
- Primarily supports higher support needs learners, including:
- Autism Level 2–3
- Non-speaking or minimally speaking learners
- Learners with significant regulation needs, sensory needs, and/or behavior support needs
- Many learners use (or are learning to use) communication supports—AAC device experience is a major plus.
1:1 Learning Support / Tutoring (K–12)
- Academic and executive functioning support for learners who need:
- Personalized instruction, guided work time, study support, and skill-building
- Support with attention, organization, confidence, and school performance
- A learning approach that matches how they process and engage best
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized support using structure, routines, and strength-based instruction
- Adapt learning strategies for autism, ADHD, learning differences, and executive functioning needs
- Support regulation and engagement using trauma-informed, neuro-affirming approaches
- Provide clear session notes and progress updates so families can see growth
- Communicate professionally with parents/caregivers and the Rocli team
- (Optional) Participate in community-based learning opportunities when scheduled
Schedule & Flexibility
- Part-time with the ability to create your own schedule
- Sessions available Monday–Saturday
- Choose your service format:
- In-Center (Roswell)
- Virtual
- Mobile (local travel)
Ideal Candidate
- Teaching background strongly preferred (general education, special education, tutoring, intervention, homeschool support, etc.)
- Experience supporting neurodivergent learners is highly valued
- Special Education background is a plus
- Autism Level 2–3 experience is a plus
- Behavior therapy / ABA / RBT exposure is a plus
- Experience with communication support tools, including AAC devices, is a strong plus
- Calm, confident, and structured—able to support learners with a wide range of needs
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with families
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Reliable transportation required if providing mobile sessions
- Comfortable using basic tech tools for virtual sessions and documentation
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred)
