Hourly- $18-$21 Based On Experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering phones and taking reservations
• Manage the reservations system to effectively accommodate a high volume of guests.
• Making sure that all guest information is always current in the reservations system.
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
• Responsible to take the to-go orders via phone, check orders for accuracy and process the check for the customer

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with servers, bussers, and other staff.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently

· Minimum 2 years high volume, full-service restaurant experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure

· Self-discipline; maintained professional appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
