We're seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a team of 2-3 members in operational roles. The ideal candidate will have:
1. HR Operations (60%)
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee life cycle management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and exit formalities.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation compliance.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and contribute to making Vedam a great workplace.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives such as company events, team-building activities, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.
- Coordinate the Performance Management process, ensuring timely goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Support HR audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Identify technical and behavioural training needs, plan, and execute Learning & Development programs accordingly.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting (20%)
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Analyze workforce metrics such as attrition, recruitment trends, and employee engagement scores.
- Generate insights from HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Automate and improve reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
3. Recruitment (20%)
- Manage recruitment activities for mid-to-senior level positions, ensuring quality hiring within timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful reports.
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and HR analytics.
- Experience with HR tools such KEKA will be added on advantage or any other tool.

- Timely and accurate execution of HR operational processes.
- Quality and effectiveness of HR reports and analytics.
- Recruitment efficiency (time-to-hire, quality of hire).
- Employee satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
