The Opportunity

This role is designed for experienced HVAC professionals who are looking for more than a traditional service-and-repair career. The Lead HVAC & Cleanroom Systems Specialist becomes a cleanroom expert—owning system fabrication, advanced diagnostics, and commissioning for mission-critical environments.

Core Responsibilities

• System fabrication and assembly, including brazing and modular ductwork
• Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC and BAS issues within sterile compounding cleanrooms
• Commissioning and startup for new cleanroom construction projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong background in BAS, system controls, and service diagnostics
• Ability to read and write technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
